We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery, which is why we partner with top-tier courier services, both Indian and international, including Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpress, and others.

Domestic & International Shipping

Charges:


Domestic: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

International: Shipping fees apply for orders outside India and are calculated per kilogram. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Tax and Duties:


International shipments may incur import duties, customs charges, and taxes that vary by country. These charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

If customs charges are not paid or the shipment is refused, Pirrra is not liable for any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Timelines:


All our outfits are handcrafted, so please allow 15–20 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) for dispatch.

During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10–15 working days. Customers will be notified via email.

Receiving Order Guidelines:


Please record an unboxing video and take photos with a timestamp within 48 hours of delivery. In case of damaged or opened parcels, do not accept the delivery and share details with us.

Order Process:


Once your order passes quality checks and is packed, it is handed over to our delivery partners. Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.

An estimated delivery date will be visible in your order details; this may vary due to production timelines.

Worldwide Shipping: We presently do not ship outside India.

Order Cancellation: Prepaid & COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing [email protected] or calling customer support (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders up to ₹10,000.

We do not accept International orders now but if it start in future then it will be prepaid only.


Credit Note Usage: Credit notes are sent via email and can be used once within 3 months from the issue date.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, shipment delays may occur. Rizza Creation shall not be held legally liable for such delays.
